Kent is a transitional Home for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC)

Kent Home is operated by the Comfort Olubunmi Foundation (formerly known as the Sammy and Fola (SAF) Foundation) with a registration number of 170058. The home, which is located in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, was established in order to erase the stigma and limitations experienced by orphans and vulnerable children.

At Kent Home, we ensure the rights of children are well protected as we provide support that rehabilitate, transform the once vulnerable children before integrating back into the society which is the ideal place for them to be nurtured.

The Home is designed and run in a family-oriented setting providing the children with food and nutrition, shelter, health care support, protection, educational and psycho-social support as well as arming them with life saving skills.

Stepping Into 2026 With Gratitude, Celebration, and Great Expectation

As we joyfully step into this New Year, my heart is filled with profound gratitude to God for His unfailing faithfulness to the Comfort Olubunmi Foundation and Kent Home. Truly, “Thus far the Lord has helped us.” (1 Samuel 7:12)

I would like to personally express my sincere appreciation to every sponsor, donor, partner, family member, friend, and guest who has accompanied us on this journey. Your prayers, encouragement, generosity, and unwavering belief in this vision have sustained us through the years. You stood with us through seasons of faith, growth, and stretching, and because of your support, lives have been touched, hope has been restored, and destinies have been transformed.

The year 2026 holds particular significance for us. By the grace of God, we will be celebrating 10 years of impact—10 years of service, compassion, and tangible change. Behind every success story is a partner who cared, a supporter who gave, and a friend who believed. I am deeply grateful to every one of you who has been part of our story.

As we look ahead, I am confident that 2026 will bring greater testimonies, a more profound impact, and new dimensions of grace. What God is set to do in this new season will exceed all we have seen in the past. In the coming weeks, we will be reaching out personally to invite you to join us in celebrating this 10th anniversary, as together we return all glory to God.

“The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.” — Psalm 126:3

I pray that God will richly bless you and reward every seed you have sown. May He increase you on every side, grant you peace in your home, strength in your calling, and joy in all that you do. As we step into 2026, may this year bring you greater testimonies, open doors, and divine favour, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

With sincere gratitude and great anticipation.
